Routine General Cleaning

Basic routine services consist of cleaning the following:

Bathrooms, break rooms, office /or exam room areas,

dusting (including comp monitors/keyboards & phones),

watering plants (if needed), dust and mopping all wood or tiled flooring,

vacuuming carpeted areas and emptying all (non-toxic) trash.

Detail Cleaning

Includes the details of routine cleaning and adds the cleaning of base boards, walls, doors, light switches, etc.

One-Time Site Preparation

Moving your company into a new building, need restoration services, sanitization, or a facility brought up to OSHA standards /or other compliances? Our site preparation will have your building clean, free of dust and ready to work.

Post Construction Cleaning

Built a new commercial, religious or medical facility, or renovated your current one? Give us a call to deep clean and remove all debris & dust (floors, carpet, walls, fixtures, etc.) from the premises. We will make sure you`re move-in ready and set for business.

Floors

Routine or one time services are available:

Stripping, Buffing, Waxing

(Maintaining high traffic waxed areas are essential for the protection and presentation of your floors. Stripping will do what a mop/pale of water can NOT do – keep your floors looking professional with this service).

Floor Maintenance: The duration of the quality of a floor’s wax job is dependent upon several factors such as, traffic volume, the number of coats applied, frequency of routine mopping, frequency of buffing, airflow, temperature and lighting, etc. PrO.Clean is not responsible for the upkeep of waxed floors (on one time jobs) unless an appropriate maintenance package is put in place.

Carpet Cleaning

Carpet: Cleaning results very depending on the condition of the carpet. Floor techs must view the facility before quotes are finalized.

Light Fixtures

Keep your light fixture casings and panels free of bugs, debris and dust – clean them on a quarterly basis. (Some height restrictions)

Sanitization

Disinfect your facility from viruses, bacteria, other germs, etc. We use chemicals that are FDA, CDC, and EPA approved, with no residue. Choose between a one time or routine service.
